-ENROLLMENT-
Campers may be enrolled for a minimum of two consecutive weeks plus any additional weeks. Camp hours are from 9 A.M. to 3:45 P.M. Monday through Friday. An Extended Day Program is also available.
- To register, please include a non-refundable deposit of $400 with each application, $350 to be applied towards tuition and $50 for the registration fee. A discount of $35 per week is given for each additional child in the same family. Full refunds of payments for tuition, transportation, and extended day will be given only if cancellation occurs before March 1. If cancellation occurs between March 1 and May l, payment will be refunded minus a $150 change fee. No refunds are given after May 1. This year's fees are found on the application.
- You must pay the total balance in full by May 1 in order for us to hold a space for your child. If you apply after May 1, you must pay the tuition in full at the time of application.
- The health form (is included in camp application) must be filled out by you and returned to us with your application and an updated immunization record (from your child's doctor ).
We cannot process your application without these records. Your child does not need a physical exam.
- If you have a child who may need extra attention or support from us, it is required that you speak with the Assistant Director before enrolling your child. If you want us to meet your child to make sure our program is right for him or her, you can arrange a pre-camp interview by calling 781-893-9909.
